Dragon Master Auto Sound & Security

Highly satisfied with my experience at Dragon Master Auto Sound & Security. Eric is truly a miracle worker, who did NOT upsell, and instead provided me with legitimate recommendations for my needs. This place lives up to its name, because I walked out with a brand new sound system and security/autostart system on my late father’s 2003 Honda Pilot. Eric was highly professional, has full line of products and spent time with me explaining why the products he recommended were better suitable for my needs. Thank you for looking out and I will continue to send people your way! Highly Satisfied.

This was my second time visiting Dragon Master Auto Sound & Security, and once again, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service. I recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the team did an excellent job installing both front and rear dash cameras. They also took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the associated mobile app, which was greatly appreciated. In addition, I had all-around ceramic window tints installed, and the workmanship was exceptional. Brenda and Erick were both professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, and I was pleased to find my vehicle clean and well taken care of upon pickup. I highly recommend Dragon Master Auto Sound & Security to anyone seeking high-quality automotive installations and outstanding customer service.

Honestly it’s not an easy task I tried couple places and people seem okay, nobody would be able to get to the bottom of this unless they’re pros, it took Edie couple hours and honestly he deserves the 5 stars , my problem was the reverse camera (original backup camera) and steering wheel control keys never worked. Respect that they know what they’re doing.

I was looking for a competent shop to install a high end security and remote start system, Install head unit and front and rear cameras on my Excursion. I did extensive research and read tons of reviews. I chose this shop due to the high volume (experience) of installations, and based on the "many" positive reviews. I did have a twitch of nervousness based on the "few" negative reviews. I put my mind to ease by thinking that certain people are just impossible to please, and also sometimes even the best people can have a bad day.. I called and spoke to Doc on phone he was very helpful and friendly, he told me to come in. I arrived and spoke to Eric and told him what I wanted done. He had a great attitude, was very patient, explained my options and gave me a great price. I left my truck and came back later. David, Doc & Daniel did the work on my truck. I was thoroughly impressed by their knowledge, craftsmanship, professionalism of the installation, attention to detail and courteousness of the complete staff. It was a "pleasure" dealing with this business, which is not a word most people associate with "Auto Shops" Everything works perfectly and everything promised was delive
